Holding a Master of Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours, Sky is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer (Autistic & ADHDer), Sky brings profound lived experience to her therapeutic space. She understands firsthand the chronic exhaustion of neurotypical masking, dopamine starvation, executive dysfunction spirals, and sensory overload. Her practice rejects deficit-based models, viewing ADHD not as a broken machine, but as a dynamic operating system requiring tailored workflows, environmental scaffolding, and unconditional self-compassion.
